How do I use the Drops?

Step 1: Place 0.7 mL (appox. 15 drops) under the tongue 3 times daily 10 minutes before a meal. Leave under tongue for 10 seconds then swallow. do not eat or drink for 10 minutes before or after taking Slenderiix.
